Waka Waka Power Plus Battery Replacement

  • Step 1 Open plastic cover

    • Lay device so power button is facing up.

    • Lift the plastic cover from the center of the device.

  • Step 2 Rubber dots

    • Remove yellow rubber dots.

  • Step 3 Screws

    • Remove the two 5mm screws with a #0 Phillips screwdriver.

  • Step 4 Remove casing

    • Carefully remove yellow casing.

      • This might take prying force.

  • Step 5 Black casing with battery

    • You now separated the black part containing the battery and the yellow case.

    • Remove the springs and their white casings to easily reach the battery.

  • Step 6 Unplug

    • Unplug the battery from the motherboard.

  • Step 7 Lift out

    • Remove the battery by lifting it out.

      • The battery is stuck with double sided tape and may take some effort to remove.
